As you enter the property your eyes will be drawn to a large bright room with wall-to-wall windows facing the beautiful marina, where you will see boats sailing, pelicans relaxing, the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean sea and a beautiful swimming pool steps away from the sea. This awesome condo invites you to relax and enjoy the view. The bathrooms and floors have been completely redone, and the unit was painted to reflect a modern approach.
All rooms have their own air conditioning system, but you may not need to use it at all! As you open all windows in the morning the east breeze will cool the condo to a comfortable temperature. In the evening, the breeze turns changes to the west and bathes the rooms with a nice cooling effect!

A full kitchen with new appliances — fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and stove top. It has all that you need for your culinary experience, dishes, pans, utensils, etc. For your comfort, it also includes 20-litres drinking water–more can be purchased the your property manager.
The main living area (kitchen, dining room and living room) are based on an open concept and here you will find a new leather dining room set, and you will be able to watch your favourite TV show on 65″ TV. It really is an awesome spot for relaxation within the condo

The main bedroom is large and provides a King size bed with a new mattress and and its own en-suite.
