Rates and Cancellation Policy
Rates are seasonally adjusted and vary according to supply and demand, please call or email the Property Manager for up-to-date rates. Additionally, information about the deposit and refund policy can be obtained from the Property Manager. Weekly and monthly rates are not highlighted in the table below.

Long-term rates (4 months and more) are available by calling the property Manager.
Please note that we require a 30% deposit of the total rental amount. This includes deposit and refund policies. We require a second deposit 15 days before the reservation start date. Final payment is due 7 days prior to the reservation start date.

Illness / force majeure / travel restrictions – What happens if flights are cancelled, or you are unable to travel due to events outside your control (government restrictions, natural disasters, etc.)? We offer our guest credits or partial refunds depending on the timing of the cancellation. We strongly encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance. This protects your investment and helps you understand both deposit and refund options in unexpected situations.
